| Junior Executive Membership Classification: |

Junior Executive membership shall be limited in number to 30 persons who have passed their 21st birthday and have not yet attained the age of 35. Junior Executive members shall not be entitled to vote, hold office, or have any rights in the property or assets of the Club. They shall have unlimited use of the golf course, Clubhouse, and swimming pool.

Application:

To apply for Junior Executive membership with Manito Golf and Country Club the nominee must obtain two signatures of current Regular members in good standing to sponsor the nominee. Nomination must be made prior to nominee's 34th birthday. Accompanying the nomination form must be the non-refundable initiation fee and a copy of a driver's license and/or birth certificate.

Membership Dues:

Membership dues are billed on a monthly basis.

Waiting List:
|
|
Nominees on the waiting list for Junior Executive membership pay reduced Social dues on a monthly basis, and are entitled to golf six times per year three times without payment and three times with a member paying greens fees at the guest fee rate. An initiation fee and a copy of a driver license or birth certificate must accompany the nomination form. A portion of the initiation fee is non-refundable while on the waiting list if the member chooses to resign before becoming a Junior Executive member.

Conversion to Regular Membership:
|
|
One month prior to a Junior Executive's 35th birthday, the membership will be converted to a Regular membership. The original initiation fee payment made as a Junior Executive will be applied toward the Regular membership initiation fee and upon the conversion, the balance of that initiation fee will be due. If there is no waiting list for Regular membership at the time of conversion, then the Stock Certificate payment will also be due. If there is a waiting list, the Junior Executive member will be placed at the top of the waiting list and continue as a Junior Executive member, retaining all golfing privileges, until there is an opening for Regular membership. In the event that more than one Junior Executive member is on the waiting list, the latter Junior Executive will be placed five places below the former Junior Executive, so on and so forth.
